Pretension Trading started because Phillipus Amuthenu kept seeing construction and electrical work handed off to people who treated it like just another job. So he built a team that actually cares how it turns out.

Phillipus runs the company and stays hands-on. Degree in Public Management from NUST, a Diploma in Electrical and a Certificate in Renewable Energy. On site as often as he is in the office.
Selma leads the electrical division. B.Eng. in Electrical Power Engineering (Hons) from NUST, time at ErongoRED, and certified in Green Hydrogen. Ahead of most in the renewable space locally.
Registered with the Engineering Council of Namibia. B.Tech in Civil Engineering plus a National Diploma in Civil Engineering and Project Management. He makes sure everything that gets built, stays built.
Over 10 years in the electrical trade with N3 General Electrical from WVTC. Works across AutoCAD, Prokon and Gantt Project. As comfortable reading the drawings as pulling the cables.
B.Eng. NQF 8 in Mechanical Engineering. Worked at NAMCOR's National Oil Storage Facility and NUST's Innovation Design Lab. Trained in Permit to Work and Gas Testing, so high-risk sites are routine.
B.Comp.Sci in Communication Networks with Honours in Digital Forensics. CISSP, CompTIA Security+ and Cisco CCNA certified. Has held roles from IT Technician to Senior Systems Administrator.
